Warranty and Return Policy and Procedure

Here at Heavy Jam we work hard to satisfy you by providing items that you can enjoy hassle free throughout your journey.  Our goal is to stock the most reliable products because nobody enjoys having problems with a new purchase, not you and not us!  As with anything however, the world isn’t perfect so we do offer 30 day coverage on manufacturer defects to try and make it a better place.

 30-day warranty begins the day the items are delivered. Customer assumes all cost in shipping items back to Heavy Jam, and Heavy Jam assumes all cost in shipping the item back to the customer.  Any shipping cost incurred is non-refundable. In most cases where a return is warranted we will replace the defective unit with an identical model. If the item is out of stock we will offer a comparable item of equal or higher value. Should this prove unnacceptable to the customer a full store credit will be issued. Returned product in it’s factory packaging will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

 Ejuice, coils and tanks/ RDAs are final sale, no exceptions.

 We use age verification through Canada Post for all deliveries. If you are not of legal age to 
purchase or possess vaping products in your province DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE FROM US! We WILL NOT
refund any money for products returned to us due to failed age verification!

What is covered:

-Manufacturer defects 
-Screen malfunction
-Misfire and autofire defects
-Chip malfunctions
-DOA (dead on arrival) notice required within 48 hours of delivery.

 What is NOT Covered under warranty:

-Consumables including Ejuice in bottles or pods, tanks/ RDAs, coils, batteries, chargers, drip tips.
-Coils. It is your responsibility to know your device and decide which coils are correct for it.
-Failure or damage caused by abuse, dropping, improper use, diy repair, and not using the device according to the manufacturers instructions.
-Tank leaks.
-Normal wear and tear.
-510 connections for any reason. 
-Micro USB problems of any sort with the exception of DOA.
-External batteries (18650 etc) are meant to be charged on an external charger, never in the device. We will not warranty an item that has been used as a battery charger with the exception of built in battery devices where there is no other option. Our chargers are very well priced so please consider this as cheap insurance. Many mods state that they can charge batteries but in our experience it has lead to an extremely high level of devices failing within 1 to 3 months and as such- regardless of what the manufacturer claims- this is our policy.
-Imperfections on the finish
-Button rattle and sticky buttons
-Water damage
-Final sale except for DOA. Send us a message within 48 hours of receiving the product.
-Extreme heat/ cold will cause your products to leak and break. We are not responsible for this.
-Bottle failure. All ejuice we sell is in CCCR2001 compliant packaging. Tip- the tips are ‘press fit’ into the bottle.

It’s a good idea to turn the cap clockwise/ on when you receive it to help ensure proper installation. Using excessive
pressure squeezing the bottle to fill your tank can easily cause the tip to pop out, or in very rare cases cause the bottle
seam to split, and create a mess, and we won’t clean it up for you.
